Background

Waluu guides us. Thou shall follow him, and respect the nature and Earthmother. You shall be then blessed with an eternal thankfulness of Her.
"We thank Mu'sha and the stars, who give us their light when An'she retires....
We thank the Waluu, the Great Spiritwolf, incarnation of all kindness, who directs all things for the good of Its children."
“Would you stop there, traveler of the wilds?” speaks a loud stentorian voice, as a tauren steps to you. Adorned by a wolf’s head tipped over his head and a tribalist’s robe, his accent is rather heavy and harsh. Near you, a long caravan is being led, consiting of packed tents, braves on kodos and sweating tauren. On the caravan’s tip, can be seen a huge totem with a wolf's head on it, being carried by three kodos, knitted together with a robe. [/font]
“Do so and join the tribesmen in our camp. We will be pleased to treat you with what best we have.”
The Spirit Wolves are nomads and purifiers of the corrupted, and however, a very spiritually connected tribe. They follow the Wolf Spirit, or Waluu as they have used to call him lately - he is the symbol of peace and wisdom, but fierce power when called for it. Likewise, he is heard to be wishing for the Shu'halo to once again regain their former might and tradition of hunting and nomadic life, therefore, the tribe follows him close knitted.
Therefore, they follow the Wolf's spirit wherever he wanders, perhaps in blind belief and as they settle in a place, they go and cleanse the corrupted laying there ahead.
1. There are numerous tales speaking of the Spirit Wolves. One of them, is the Tale of the Spiritwolf, written on a tablet and laying in the Spirit Rise in one of the tents. >>Read the tale!
- The other, speaks of how the Wolf Spirit earned his name, Waluu and can be found >>here.
- There is also another similar tale, written from another hand. It can be found exactly here.
A new tribesmen in the tribe is required to have a read of the tablet, speaking of Waluu's Guidance. It is usually girdled on a necklace, leaned around the necks of the Chieftains and Spirit Callers.

As we spoke already of this tribe, they are nomads, certainly and their wood-workers tend to make beautiful structures, they use to carry totems, wheat and other goods to feed and care for the tribe.
Some of their travelling routes lead north to the Stonetalon Mountains, where they are used to open their tavern, the Kodohunter's Rest. The other point of activity is The Rockfish, a search for a very rare fish in the Rockpond, as they used to call the pond in the Sun Rock Retreat.

According to the tales of the Spirit Callers, Waluu guides him and them, and speaks how to live as a Shu'halo and follower of his,
Waluu guides us. Thou shall follow him, and respect the nature and Earthmother. You shall be then blessed with an eternal thankfulness of Her.
The Commandments of the Spiritwolves
- Treat the Earth and all that dwell thereon with respect!
- Remain close to Waluu, the Great Spiritwolf
- Show great respect for your fellow beings
- Work together for the benefit of all tauren-kind!
- Give assistance and kindness wherever needed
- Do what you know to be right
- Look after the well-being of mind and body
- Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good
- Be truthful and honest at all times
- Take full responsiblity for your actions...
Be it so, you may be exiled if not following their tribal guidelines. To be exiled is not a joke, one should tell to his friends. Suffering, starving and experience of the prairies await the one un-experienced in the waste world. And in barely any situation, there can be a return.
There are some other commandments as well, however, more of such can be learned in >>this chamber.
- Respect and love the Earth Mother by treating her body, the land, and her children, the plants and animals of the world, with respect.
- Disrupt the natural balance of the land as little as possible.
- Take only what they need from the land and eschew mass logging and mining.
- Respect the animal you hunt and never wastefully discard animal carcasses.
- Do not argue with brothers.
- Do show respect to those, holding a higher position or wisdom in the tribe.

Kankamani - A hunter, and an inkeeper, a quiet tauren he is, but loved by the Chieftain.
It is those that are deciding upon the value of the tribalist. Starting in the prairie as a young wolf, you rise and once, you might become an Elder.
Every different rank has a task and responsibility, but so does he have different kinds of power, including the magical ones, the training awarded by Waluu. How does this look, and how to earn another rank, should be read on this >>tablet.
- ¤Chieftain¤ - The tribal leader, holding the most respect, being himself an Elder as
well. One is elected through so-called votes, given as from the tribesmen as from the Elder - them especially of course. A Chieftain is usually also a Spirit Caller, in contacts with the spirits and a wielder of their powers. -
- ¤Tribal Elder¤ - It is them, who along with the Chieftain decide upon the future of
the Tribe. Usually, they are representing a class branch of the tribe, earning titles as following: "Elder Druid"; "Elder Shaman"; "Warlord" and similarities. Also, they are the closest apprentices of the leader of the Spirit Callers, most often the Chieftain. -
- ¤Spiritwolf¤ - If not experienced nor deserved enough for an Elder, this is a true
Spirit Wolf, of whose branches reach deep in the beginning, when the Tribe was gathered anew. He is usually wearing white armor as his traditional mark, but this is not a requirement. They are taught of hibernating a -confused- Wolf, that is lost and grant him a rest if he is not strong enough to resist. -
- ¤Ghostwolf¤ - The authority of thou yet younger and less visible within the tribe. Even if
you may be a proud member of the Tribe, you'll have to gain a lot of experience to deserve a promotion. Also, he has the chance to participate in the traditional wolf dance. -
- ¤Tribalist¤ - Though they are in the Tribe, they aren't worth too much..
Usually serving as farmers and restoratists. However, they are usually the tribe's main body. -
- ¤Prairie Wolf¤ - Young initiates, yet not having the right of handing with the
tabard. Usually, prairieans are put on a two week tribal period, when those that are wiser test their skills. -
- ¤Outlaw¤ - A brother that failed us, a brother that does not deserve us. Threat
him with the lowest respect, do not help him in his worst moment... that is the tribal rule.
This is the hierachy of the Spirit Wolves, however. Mind, that every tauren has to complete a rite, before rising in the ranks...

Chepewa - The Earth Mender of the Spirit Wolves, she seemed to have been of personal liking to the Chieftain himself...
