Dr. Underwood Lynch 

Background

Born in Gnomeregan, Underwood was soon exiled for his criminal lifestyle and a few examples of "mysterious circumstances" in which people disappeared. He travelled the world, terrorizing a few small towns and gaining an underground reputation. At one point, he was brutally slaughtered by a human paladin, but thanks to the intervention of dark magic, he spent five months in a hellish dimension, which in Azeroth time was actually about five seconds long. He returned and through the assistance of Warlocks, managed to bind his soul to his body once more.

Underwood suffers from a curse known as "The Lynch Curse". A long time ago, his great great grandfather, Obsidius Lynch, killed a Night Elf fortune teller after her fortune predicted grim things for his family. The Night Elf's spirit instantly appeared in the form of a Wraith and created a fitting curse, The Lynch Curse, which is passed down through the Lynch male bloodline. The curse essentially renders his skin weak to Holy light magic.

Underwood has a wife by the name of Pipanne. He recently went to find the body of his friend Ezrak in the Plaguelands, but was struck down by the Scourge. Many have claimed to see him running around the land in dark armour, declaring himself a Death Knight. Recently however, Underwood has returned from the plaguelands dazed and confused, with little memory of the incident and "normal".
