All present troopers form a line perpendicular to the officer, one man space in between each solder, max length of eight troopers. Stack lines, forming from the middle thereafter.
If its the Knight-Lord giving orders with one or more Captains present: Captains enter the line to the front-left-most position(s) from the direction the line faces.
Soldiers form up close to the commanding officer, ready for their next orders.
All troopers salute.
"ARMS AT SIDE"
Troopers turn 90 degrees towards designated direction.
Soldiers march ((using follow)) following the officer or progressing in orderly fashion towards their designated mark.
Soldiers halt, forming up in orderly fashion.
Troopers can relax but must remain in general area. Used for briefing and other circumstances.
Soldiers can fall out, doing either their designated assignment or go off duty.
Below are outlined the basic War tactics used in training and on the battlefield which all Thistle Infantry must be familiar with:
Often used under bombardment or when attempting to cover a larger area, this tactic demands that troopers spread out evenly to the sides during their advance.
Used when facing situations of concentrated melee combat, the most durable of soldiers create a forward linear bulwark providing cover and protection for ranged personnel.
Ranged troopers form a line towards adversaries and rains down death and destruction. Melee personnel remains right behind them, ready to step forward in case of enemies coming too close.
