Alliance delivers battle in Borderlands
The Thandol Span - Lord Kasperlund: "Hrm, well news has been slow to reach us here, we have heard of several victories in the Highlands against the Horde, we however are here as a failsafe, to prevent any Horde units from approaching the southern lands via this bridge. One or two Horde patrols have been encountered, but mostly they have been fought off. And of course we got to remember... we have the advantage - how can we lose against barbarians?"
Miss Defau: "Well, thank the Light that we are so fortunate to have our brave soliders up here. They are keeping us all safe."
Hammefall - Slyand Starwhisper of the Crimson Dusk: "Well...It's pretty good so far. None of the Horde have made any serious attempt to get out. Almost as if they've given up. It's been five days since the siege started. I think it was pulled off pretty smoothly."
Editor's Note: Reports indicate that the Siege of Hammerfall has since been broken.
Stromgarde - Elder Stormfeather of the Anvilmar Iron Brigade: "Tell them to send us some ale up, eh? Splendid, but other than that - inform the gentlefolk of Ironforge, that the Brigade has taken Dun Garok."
"A'e, 'n' th' be stalkin' th' roads mo' 'n' we can patrol som' o' them."
"An' almost reduced the Quel'dorei place called "Quel'danil Lodge" to ashes!"
"The fel addicts won't get supplies, the tunnel wer sealed! If ye happen to find yoorself travelling tooards the Hinterlands, it is best to take a gryphon."
Later, The Northshire Vigil ride in to the relative fortification of Stromgarde.
Under a blood red sky in the highlands, Scarlet renegades, said to be allies of Stormgarde's Arathi Honour Guard, have a heated exchange with soldiers of the Sons of Lothar. Tensions are high in the Alliance.
A few knight-errants of The Bloodied Crown join the fight for the North and Lordaeron.

Ambermill - Huntress Nryenth Moonbreeze, Operation Stormbolt:"It was a, four... Nay' five day journey. Firstly we were at calm seas but steadily the weather took a turn for the worse... - Storm, sort of thought the ship would, disassemble. Uhm'. There was the whale-shark. We landed succesfully in Gilneas, along with The Stormguard... We assualted the wall, got through... Took some casualties."
Sentinel Nelayla Skyshadow of the Ashenleaf: Just tell them that the Kaldorei have not forgotten their allies. And do their part to keep the lands safe from the vile forsaken and the rest of their demon tainted allies.
Corporal Alexandos McClintock of The Stormguard, and Cultist-Finder General: "The Orcs would try and destroy our very way of life. They want to take our right to be ruled over by an all-powerful monarch. They want to take our right to have stupid opinions supressed. They want to take our right to denounce cultists.
So here is where we make our stand. They would destroy us, as they have tried in the past. But I say no!"
"I fight not for money or for fame, not even for honour. No. I fight for old wounds past in the hope of future glory."
"Every Alliance soldier should have a great fury in their hearts. Fury at what the Horde want to do to us, and they should press onward in the hopes that we can have another golden age."
Corporal Russel Redstock: "We've been separated from most of the Alliance units for weeks, as expected. We made the decision to move from Gilneas and so far we've had nothing but victories. I loathe spending my time here in these undead lands."
"It's the worst place to be in which is why they needed the best to be here, I suppose. We'll succeed in our plight here."
"I can only hope the others are fighting with the same determination over in the Highlands and other areas. We're all in this together now."
Honourary Mention - Sentinel Nalvara of The Gilneas Liberation Front is the best, most reliable person to have at your side if you're trying to cross the border. Pictured here in Ambermill with Danny Ennison and Terror.
