Sun Knight Aileta "Leigha" Dawnstrider 

Background

Aileta was born to the Dawnstrider family along with her identical twin, Ariel.

While the twins where identical, differences in their personalities and physique started to show as they aged. Ariel grew fierce and strong while Aileta stayed skinny and shy.

Despite the growing number of differences, the twins were inseparable, with Ariel looking out for and defending her sister, while Aileta would return the favor by cleaning or cooking for her twin.

While Ariel was allowed to go off and train as a Ranger and venture into Lordaeron, just south of Quel'Thalas, Aileta was forced to stay home where she was protected and sheltered. The reason for her sheltering was actually due to two events in her young life thus far, the first being where the twins ventured too far into the forests of Eversong and got attacked by the giant spiders that crawl over from the Ghostlands, and the second was when she was kidnapped in an attempt to sell her into slavery, which also resulted in her phobia for men.
She was taught basic magic, but mostly was expected to tidy, clean and cook for the members of the family who worked in the fields of battle.

In the little free time she had, Aileta began to practice fire based magic, having been hypnotised by the idea of flames at full control of the caster.

As she reached adolescence she decided she would run away and train like her sister. And ironically, her chance was provided by what the elves would come to hate and fear more than anything; The Scourge.

In the attack that drove the elves to near extinction, Aileta made her escape from the Dawnstrider's home.
Lost among the crowds of homeless and injured elves, Aileta was all but lost to the Dawnstrider family.

Presumed dead by the family, they never bothered to search for her. But contrary to their belief, she was far from dead.

She was reborn, trying every trade and weapon in sight. She found comfort in the Sword, and combined with her knowledge and skill with Fire Magic, she began to train.

In the years that passed, her where-abouts went unknown and were left undocumented. She floated by towns and villages, travelling the world. She became known by some as a Jack-of-all-Trades due to her use of many different weapons, but no matter what she used she was always seen with a sword on her back.

During the assult on Northrend, Aileta returned to Silvermoon where she was welcomed back by the family with open arms (with many tears from her sister

whom had lived thinking her twin was dead).

They now fight side by side, Ariel using her command over the Light as a Blood Knight and Aileta using her command over Fire as a "Sun Knight", so called by Aileta herself.
