The Loch Modan Marksmen: Wanted
This document has been copied out by a scribe, and is found in both of Commander Thunderbeard's homes, plus in all of the Marksmen fortresses: Dun Algaz, South Gate, Stonewrought Dam and the town of Thelsamar. Despite this, it is onlyo soldiers of the Sergeant Major rank, or higher, that should heed it, as these are the only ranks truly ready to summarily execute any soldier.
As decreed by the High Command of Ironforge, whose mighty deeds prove all others small and unworthy, the following are wanted men for their crimes against the City under The Mountain:
Wanted: Deserters
The following ex-soldiers left the regiment without warrant or reason, and therefore are classed as deserters and are, until proven innocent, under threat of charge against them and punishment befitting their crime.
Punishment for desertion: Five (5) gold coins to be paid directly to the regiment, plus a day spent in custody. After this, the subject has the opportunity to re-join the regiment or take their leave without any sort of military pension and/or title. Charges will then be removed.

Wanted: Attempted Action Against Regiment
These foul dregs of society have threatened to assault, or have assaulted and failed to injure, a member of the 3rd Khaz Modan Regiment. This is classed as Conspiracy Against Another, and is a plan to directly assault another member of The Grand Alliance.
Punishment: Ten (10) gold coins to be paid directly to the regiment, and a single day in custody will remove the charges.
- None.
Wanted: Committed Action Against Regiment
Any fool wishing to assault a member of the regiment is classed above, however, the carrying out of action against the regiment is included here. This does not simply include assault upon members of the regiment, but also covers spying, assault from outside the regiment and also theft.
Punishment:
Depending on crime -
- A fine of between one (1) and ten (10) gold coins to be paid directly to the regiment.
- Imprisonment, for between one (1) and ten (10) days.
- Death.
Any of the above punishments can be combined, depending on the crime.
- Nebrilias
- Moggie Sparkwhizz
Wanted: Action/Plot to Take Action Against Others
Not only traitors are punishable, but members of the regiments of Ironforge themselves may punish soldiers of their ranks for certain crimes against others. These include assault upon innocents, failure to follow orders, friendly fire, torture, anticipation of orders leading to the harm of others and other such war crimes. Drunkeness, gambling and other such offences are frowned upon, and may be fined.
Punishment for:
- Drunkeness - A fine of one (1) to five (5) gold coins.
- Gambling - Any earnings from gambling are to be paid directly to the regiment, plus a fine of three (3) gold coins.
- Any war crime - Punishments vary between fines of 1-10 gold, imprisonment and a number of lashes, depending upon the crime committed.
Should any man or woman of The Grand Alliance have such need to disagree with any of these names or punsihments, speak openly to a member of any Ironforge regiment, and this message will be passed on to Ironforge High Command. This will be processed and changes may be made.
Should any state of emergency break out, and a need for protection from others is dire, charges will become null and void until this situation has passed. The most common of these situations is the need for defence against the Horde, and therefore any assault from the Horde leading to open war nullifies charges, temporarily.
Major Pyrocog is not technically a member of the regiment, but more of an attachment sent from High Command. He keeps order within the regiment and chooses the most disciplined to join his elite team, keeping the regiment in check. Any offences committed by members of the regiment should be reported to him, as should any offences committed against the regiment. All will be considered in the eyes of High Command.

PLEASE NOTE: Grand Marshal Steelhammer and Field Marshal Stonebeard do NOT exist in-game, and are fictional characters. Note also, however, that they do exist in-character and are the leading members of Ironforge High Command, which is also fictional but gives orders to all Dwarven military units. Magni Bronzebeard won't give you answers, and neither will the Elder Council, as the Elder Council as we see it consists of two NPCs stood either side of the High King. For answers, go to High Commander Deroel Thunderbeard.
