On this fated eve’, the Horde gathered in Zoram Strand. It was 40 brave souls, who had had enough of the long standing oppression from the Alliance!
As a result of the attack that happened during the
Council of the Horde,
the Alliance had
retaliated
by attacking Silvermoon City. For many, this was the last drop, in a
situation that was already overflowing with anger.
Lead by me, Tardon Officer of the Frostwolfs, 40 brave Horde’s
attacked Exodar, riding from Zoram Strand. First, we overtook
Auberdine, quickly and effectively, forcing the boats there to sail us
to the land upon which the Exodar reside. After having fought our way
into the City, we quickly engaged Prophet Velen in combat. Many guards
came to his aid, and the grand battlemasters were at his side. But
after a fierce fight, the Horde managed to beat down Velen, as he lied helpless in the halls.
“For the Horde!” we yelled, as joy filled the fighters. I couldn’t help but crack a smile, at this so called ‘Prophet’.
After having severely wounded Velen, we continued, infuriated and full
of bloodlust, onto Darnarsus. The otherwise beautiful and calm Elven
city soon became a red and dark place of fighting. The blue and calm
atmosphere was replaced with a scent of blood. We seemed unstoppable, felt unstoppable, as we rapidly fought our way to Staghelm. And yet again, the might of our brave warriors overcame the druid, who
after a brutal fight was crushed, and suffered the same fate as Velen, lying wounded and beaten on the floor.
But slowly, our numbers were thinning out. But while we
still had strength, we rushed to Tyrande, determined to take her with
us. Sadly, during the many fights that the we had already endured, many
had died, or been forced to return back to Durotar, armors had been
broken, and the men and women were tired. As we moved towards Tyrande,
more Alliance had gathered with the spreading awareness that the Horde
was attacking their cities, and the fights became more vicious. While
we, the Horde, fought our way through masses of Alliance, we came upon
Tyrande, and yet again engaged in deadly combat.
But this time, we were weakened, and the odds were against us. While we
fought bravely, and the fight truly was a close one, in the end, it was
a defeat, and Tyrande still stands. Only narrowly did we, the Horde’s assault group, manage to escape, as we were hunted down by swarms of Alliance.
But this clear and harsh act of aggression clearly shows that times are changing.
Over the last few days, many outbursts of violence has happened, along
with slaughters going on in Stormwind and Ironforge, with everything
from inn-owners to auctioneers being killed, and the Council’s attack on Astraanar.

Surely the Alliance can no longer ignore this... surely they must understand that we will no longer tolerate their oppression
of us! I will continue my work, continue to fight back, and to gather
strong fighters. Things have only just begun, and soon enough, they
shall see that everything it is not as they think.
