Draunie slowly opened her eyes. She felt sick in her stomach and her entire body was hurting. She felt the cold water of the ocean and noticed two dim shapes standing over her. It took her a some time to focus but slowly she recognized one of the figures as Tralinda. The other figure, also a Draenei she had never seen before.

With some help Draunie got up and fel into Tralinda's arms and held her tight. Slowly leaning back Draunie asked what happened. Tralinda at first seemed reluctant to mention anything but after some pressure she gave in. Tralinda explained how she had found Draunie's body on the docks with a large wound through her chest and her head missing. Tralinda trembled as she thought back at the discovery and shook off the memory. She told Draunie that Her assassination had been ordered by a blood elf lord named Karnasuel Fireborn and explained how she had to infiltrate the city with the aid of a magical disguise to make her appear as a blood elf to get her head back. Tralinda nearly puked as she mentioned how she had reattached her head with magic and restored her soul to her body.

After some time Alisandre, Draunie's other mind fragment returned and Draunie started referring to herself as "we". Tralinda gave Draunie some time to get used to being able to communicate with two of the three fragments in her head but then took a very serious look. She explained that she had yet to find a cure for Draunie's situation. It meant that Tralinda had to leave again for a longer time.

Draunie was in tears at the news and begged Tralinda not to go. Draunie was afraid to be alone specially with the risk of being assassinated. Tralinda comforted Draunie and asked her if she could not visit any relatives. Draunie responded that her Tauren uncle Xenovore had send her a message that he was in Silvermoon city for the timebeing and that he would surely protect her.

Tralinda and Draunie talked for a while about everything that Tralinda had encountered in her absence untill they fell asleep. In the morning as Tralinda left to find a cure so did Draunie towards Silvermoon, hoping to safely reach her uncle.
