Background

Dor Anahil Manaar, or translated and as they are more commonly known, The Mystral Blades, are a small militia unit, set up with the dual purposes of defending the town of Astranaar, and the forests of Ashenvale, and regenerating the area, halting and reversing the decline in population, and installing new civillian services and facilities.

Led by Captain Laythe Steeleaf, a little reluctantly also known as "Beefy", and his advisor and cousin, Ishtalla, they are known to be seeking to expand their number. Notable alliances include the The Silverleaf Scouts, The Shadowleaves, and the group titled "Legacy of Maiev"; though the Blades are seeking other units to ally with in aiding the town. The charter has been posted in various Kaldorei inns stating this, as well as noting that the long term goal for the town, is a ruling council made up of the head of each active local sentinel unit and a representitive of the Sisterhood of the Darnassian Temple.
