As Captain Spade has already stated, we have no authority over Nethergarde. Banyl Dolosen was "tried" in Nethergarde to hopefully minimise escape attempts. Not from Banyl Dolosen himself, but from people trying to free him who had no idea what was happening.

Nath Shadoweyes was brought to trial for treason a long time ago. He should've stayed locked up. A few of the large agencies in Stormwind, namely the Watch, the Shadow Sentinels, the Sheld of Light and the Stormguard, recently decided to put an end to Nath Shadoweyes once again. Yet again, the actions were outside of the Watch's authority. Therefore, we were not breaking any laws. Nath has been given a fitting punishment. We assure he has not been harmed.

I would ask you to research your claims before you go accusing people of scandalous affairs.
