The Past - Adnaw

Adnaw's past is little known, not really because it is mysterious, but simply because Adnaw just does not really talk much about it.
Adnaw's father was a spice dealer in Stranglethorn Vale. Due to this he and his family travelled throughout the jungle collecting and selling herbs and spices to the various jungle tribes.
Adnaw insists that her mother was a great and powerful troll huntress, although it is more likely that she was little more than a normally subserviant tribe woman. The truth may never be known as Adnaw's mother was killed during a night raid by Bloodscalps on a Skullsplitter village that the family had been trading with. Adnaw's brother Vinda'loo is believed to have also been slaughtered in the raid. Adnaw's father continued on with his trading business afterwards.
When the Darkspears joined with Thrall and the Horde, Adnaw's father joined the rest of his tribe and made the journey to Durotar. Once settled into the village on the Echo Isles Adnaw's father made a deal with another res
pected Darkspear family to unite themselves by arranging a marriage between Adnaw and their son Tsathoggua.
Shortly after this aggangement Adnaw and her father struck off again to help build the new village of Shadowprey. Adnaw would not meet Tsathoggua again until she was an adult. Her father settled down into the fishing village of Shadowprey, he baceam well respected and rich as a cook and spice trader within the village. But Adnaw desired more, she wanted to be a huntress like her mother. At the age of fifteen she ran away from Shadowprey and made the trek to the valley of Spirits to train.
Adnaw had always felt a special connection with the loa, even though she was not destined to be a witchdoctor. After her training was complete and her work as a headhunter began she made the discovery of lore on an aspect of ula'tek long lost to time. THis new aspect was in the form of a raptor and went by the name of Kukul'Kan. She had always had an affinity for raptors and her travelling companion Bitey, an orange raptor she had trained in Durotar had been easy proof of that. In search of more infor mation on this raptor loa Adnaw met others on the same search and they began to travel and search together, they eventually became known as the Cult of the Raptor.
