Background

The Captain and The First Mate takes cares of the recruitment and you can always ask for a interview in person.

Captain: The Captain is in charge of everything, and his word is law aboard the ship. He knows just how to steer his ship, command his crew and roam the seas.

First Mate: Second-in-command, the First Mate is just below the Captain, and will step in his place if he is gone missing. He keeps a watchful eye out for the crew and the right hand of the Captain.

Boatswain: Third-in-command, the Boatswain is below the First Mate but have the same authority but not the same wide range of command as The First Mate but remains as the left hand of the Captain.

Warrant Chief: A petty officer aboard the ship making sure the orders are followed.

Navigator: An experienced sailor,  the navigatior knows the seas as his own pocket.

Galley Chief: The Galley Chief is the cook of the ship, the cook is usually also stationed as a fighter during raids, but is also charged with handling the common supplies such as livestock and food.

Doctor: The medic aboard is cunning and experience. Can use his knowledge to heal wounds and keep the crew alive in the most dire situations.

Cannoneer: The cannoneer or gunner, is handling the cannons of the ship. The cannoneer might aswell be experiened in close-quarter combat, but is usually known for his use of explosives, pistols and cannons.

Swashbuckler: The Swashbuckler is a ruthless scoundrel, and is among one of the first to initate battle during raids.

Deckhand: Deckhand is the lowest rank aboard the ship, they are doing the dirties job to keep the ship fit for sailing.

The Ship has Brand new Flexweave sails and new railings along It's made of Ashenvale Wood and Dark Iron with Eternium coatings. The Helm has been greased, the sails and the rudder re-alligned and the Captain's Cabin has been re-painted. The Entire Ship has been painted in The Avenger's Colours and it has also been polished and cleaned. The Captain's Cabin has now Crystaline Windows which is resistant to bullets and explosions.

The Ship itself can sail up to Fourty knots as the Cannons is made of Dark Iron which has been designed to be smaller than regular cannons but twice as powerfull with the fire range of six hundreds yards along that the cannon balls have been modified with a small amount of Goblin Rocket Fuel which will allows them to explode when they hit their target around eight yards radius.
