Precis Neumann 

Background

Precis was born in Northshire. As the only child of a farming couple, she was expected to work on the family farm and take over for her parents when they could no longer manage it. Unfortunately for them, Precis was blessed (some would say cursed) with a vast curiosity. Instead of milking the cows, feeding the chickens and helping with other mundane tasks, she spent her days in the Northshire Abbey library reading about the world beyond.

 When her parents finally gave up on her as an heir, and threw her out of the farm for being a useless dreamer, she took up training as a warrior. Through experience, Precis was useless with magic, she definately wasn't pious enough to become a priest or a paladin and she was also quite clumsy, ruling out training as a rogue. 

 Her training as a warrior has allowed her to travel out into the world and find out if all of the things that she read are true.

 Currently a member of The Arcane Alliance through unfortunate circumstances, she works as a researcher and a linguistics tutor.
