Justen Syodor

Name Justen
Occupation Armsman/Squire
Age Young Adult
Race Human
Residence Stormwind (More or Less)
Guild None
Outward Appearance

Slightly taller than the average human male. His hair and beard are trimmed roughly neat, so as to appear presentable, but not taking a great deal of effort to do so.

A long thin scar can be seen just above his right eye, trailing across his temple and disappearing into his hairline.  A myriad of other scars, mostly minor, can be seen upon his arms and torso.

He is always seen with a large silver signet ring upon his person - the initials J and S emblazoned upon it entwined with each other. It is usually worn upon his right hand middle finger when not in armour. When this is not the case the ring can be found hanging from a fine linked silver chain around his neck.

A recent edition is a second ring, a diamond solitaire, worn upon his right hand ring finger - or like the first, found on the chain around his neck when he's in armour.

Background

Some may consider Justen's background quite harsh, whereas he simply sees it as the way life is. He was orphaned at a young age, leaving him with no memory of his parents.

At the age of 5 he was taken on as a squire by a knight who happened to be passing through Stormwind. For a little over 8 years he stayed with the knight who trained him - both as a warrior and a scholar - in order to attain knighthood.

His training was abruptly halted when the pair of them were ambushed by a group of trolls. He was knocked from his mount in the initial attack and fell unconscious. Upon awakening there was no sign of the trolls, or his mentor, he had presumably been left for dead.

From then on he has survived on his own, searching for traces of his mentor as well as continuing his training as best he could alone.
