She's shorter than the average kaldorei, though still considered tall to other races, with long, lean limbs. She looks a bit soft, her sharp features gently rounded with a maternal touch. Her angular features are softened by strands of her long, blue-white hair. She has taken to pulling her hair into a half-braid. She's considered attractive, if not pretty. She looks young, but her glowing eyes indicate she's seen more than her appearance implies, and there are emotional scars evident in her gaze. There's a touch of sorrow about her, but her eyes glow with something tender and gentle. Whenever she wears something that bares her midriff or an outfit with a low back, you can see a trail of claw scars that appear to go from her right hip to her left shoulder on her back and one across her stomach. There is a trace of defiance in the way she lifts her chin and sets her shoulders.

Keilara is often accompanied by Kerrigan. Kerrigan, her black lion, is muscular with fierce claws and wicked fangs. His fur is thick, his mane wild, and he seems protective of Keilara, lingering close to her and eyes any stranger who strays too close. His body is marked with scars, the most notable is the one across his nose and right eye.

Time to time, she is also seen with a baby elf, roughly one year of age. His name is Shale. There is a mix of Shale's parents in him, taking after his mother (Keilara) in physical coloring, but there is a touch of gold in the blue-white hair and a whisper of blue in the silver eyes.
