Disto "The Yapper" Wriggleskip 

Background

As a child, Disto had an easy and enjoyable life. He would spend his days in his fathers tailor shop located in Stormwind, one of the very few Gnomish residents at the time. As he grew up through adolescence he started to question things a little more, the morals of life and the strict path which is set out for us before we die. He became a poet, as it acted as a sort of release for him, when he wasn't being a hyperactive teen who ran around the streets annoying the locals he was alone in his bedroom writing poetry and in deep thought, very different to the Disto the public knew him as.

When he reached his mid teens his father died, shortly followed by his mother. He was alone, but at an old enough age to look after himself. He earned money by continuing in his father's footsteps, he became a tailor and it got him by. His true passion still lay in poetry and this would serve him well, years later, when he won the Stormwind Poetry Competition hosted by Tinkerton.

After that he made acquaintance with a gnome called Dozzle, and joined him in the Ink Press, which served him well, he had to leave when it went sour, Dozzle thought it appropriate to meddle in Disto and Taipia's relationship, this angered Disto and he left the Ink Press behind to join his fiancé in the LBC. There he stayed for a while, hanging around the Pig n' Whistle and passed time cuddling with Taipia, he thought of this as the happiest time in his life.

Then Disto's life took a turn for the worst, he found out that Taipia had a miscarriage with his baby, and he turned to the drink. He drowned his sorrows for weeks, he even gained himself a record with the Watch. Then Disto took another turn for the worst when he found out Taipia had cheated on him once more, he didn't handle this well. He left the LBC and reunited with his closest friend Dozzle, where they formed The Megacorp, but Disto's mind continued to plague him, he started thinking of strange things when alone, things that scared even him. Taipia tried to make up with him, but harmed by drink and hatred Disto strook her in a fit of rage, and eventually strangled her to death. Scared for his own life and sanity, Disto fled from Stormwind.
