Outward Appearance	Slide is a lean young man who usually wears a wide smile. He tends to keep his long, sleek black hair in a ponytail, and goes around cleanly shaved most of the time. Whether wearing fine cloth or working leathers, he wears his pants tight.

Background

Slide claims to have no recollections from the time before he was found unconscious in the Northshire valley by Jorik Kerridan after a Defias raid in the nearby village of Emberhill. After having been nursed back to health by Kerridan, Slide set off to serve the Alliance as a mercenary. After a woman named Auralle recognised Slide as being one of the Defias bandits that raided Emberhill, her home village, she reported him to Jorendo Ashgard. Ashgard promptly arrested Slide and brought him to trail. As the testimony of Hiero, a witness for the proscecution, turned out to be found unlawful by the court, Slide was released. The charges, however, have never been dropped.
