The Steamheart Ministry of Commercial Profit, Scientific Scrutiny & Arcane Mysteries.
STATEMENT OF MISSION:
The Ministry of Commerce & Sciences mission is to:

support the other ministries through hair-brained inventions and madmans designs.

administer science faires, markets, shops and trade caravans across the world.

delve into arcane mysteries and archeological enigmas with the intention of gaining exclusive knowledge.

advice the Chancellor on financial topics, as in: Keeping the other ministries and their voracious spending mentality in check.

This ministry will feature a tech-tree that will unlock additional features for both this ministry and the other ministries. An example: Researching "Confederacy Aero-Frame Mass-Production Facilities" will unlock free flying machines for all soldiers with a piloting license.
