However your task is not only as tactical advisor, you are to train newbloods what it means to be Vanguard.

This includes;
Formation training during boot camps.
Active session summons.
Weekly reports when sent on campaign.

And on a side note;
Ensuring your Legionnaire does as ordered.

About session;
The Vanguard's 14th legion ONLY recruits five units per month, as they all require certain amount of training before they can handle themselves.
In the end of each month you are tasked to remind your Legionnaire to fill in papers and performance reviews on the newbloods.
