Before the Hallows End Masque Ball begins the revelries will start at the Gallows End tavern in Brill. A huge feast is being prepared by the chefs of Brill.

Mrs. Karlotta Mondova the honorific "Queen of Darkness" and Baron Ilron Dreadfist the honorific "Lord of Shadow" request your attendence to a Grand Costume Ball on Hallows End to help them close their court and welcome the coming of a new Hallows End Court.
There Shall be Dancing, Burning of the wickerman, a Costume contest, a Pantomime play, Fireworks, and the crowning of a new Queen and Lord for another years reign.
